OUR STORY

Due to the exclusivity of each piece, we offer return only in the event that the product is different then what was ordered.  Please notify us by email within 1 week of receipt of goods.   

• Non-returnable items: soaps, gifts baskets,  e-books. 
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or applied as a credit to the customer's account.
• Original shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
• Allow 10 business days for processing returns

Please keep in mind that each product is unique and handmade, so size may vary slightly and dimensions are approximate.

• Check your order as soon as possible upon receipt
• For damaged items, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email them to us
• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
• All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are not included in transit times.  Depending on items and quantities, shipment time varies.  

Our processing time is usually 3 days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 6 days.  Please inquire at time of order.

• To open a wholesale account, an order valued at $500 or higher is required
• 50% of the total cost is required to start production and the remaining 50% is due at the time of pick up or shipping.
• Depending on items and quantities, shipment time varies. Please inquire at time of order.
